For all bookings at least three months before arrival.
Information about our prices:
  • The prices include VAT. plus final cleaning (flat rate 35 €).
  • Stay fromat least four nights.
  • The prices listed above apply to Occupancy with two people.
  • For the 3rd and 4th person we charge 15 € surcharge per person / night.
  • Children who sleep in their parents' bed or in their own travel cot are free of charge.
  • Plus will p. Pers. a tourist tax calculated (from 15 years) from € 2.50 per day of stay.
  • You will receive a VHB guest card (Bodenseecard West) with many discountsand free use of public transport in LK KN and Stein am Rhein (CH).
  • The apartment is ready for occupancy from 4 p.m., on the day of departure we ask you to provide this until 11 a.m. to release.
  • In the case of a firm booking, but no later than four weeks before arrival, an 50% deposit.
  • The The remaining payment is due one week before arrival by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.
  • Credit card payments and payments with bank cards are unfortunately not possible.
Our cancellation conditions:
  • To 14 days before your arrival is the Cancellation free of charge.
  • In the event of cancellation 13 to 5 days before arrival we calculate 50%.
  • At short-term Cancellation 5 to 1 day before arrival we calculate 90%.
  • If the apartment is to be rented out, only an expense fee of € 50 is due.
  • We recommend that you take out travel insurance.
